An Important Message from The Doll Fairy Regarding Covid-19
The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means the order fulfillment and shipping process is taking more time than usual. The Doll Fairy works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.
Our standard fulfillment estimate of 2-3 weeks is currently closer to 4-6 weeks depending on various factors. Although apparel products normally take 2-7 business days to produce, and then need to go through quality control and shipped out, under the current circumstances the production of apparel products is taking around 15-20 business days before processing and shipping. So please take into consideration when placing an order for apparel products that it may be a month or more before you receive your order--but rest assured that it will eventually make its way to you.
As for items such as charms, stickers, buttons, and handmade items, I personally have these items currently in stock and can send them out within a few days--however, I cannot control the shipping speed once they are in the hands of USPS, or shipped internationally. If you are in the US these items should get to you fairly quickly. International orders may take longer depending on various circumstances beyond my control.

Types of Shipping
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery in general--though this can greatly vary depending on your order and your location. If you live outside the US, shipping times may be longer.
Please be aware that different products may be shipped from different locations and will therefore have varied shipping times. Any order consisting of multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments. You may also receive multiple emails confirming the shipment of and/or providing tracking information for these shipments.
Please note that some shipments, especially International shipments, may not have tracking available.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You as the buyer are responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that your country might impose.
In order to predict how long your shipping time may be, consider the following:
Some items such as charms or doll accessories are handmade and therefore may need a few business days to be assembled or created before they can be shipped out.
Apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and related accessories (hats, backpacks, etc.) take about 2-7 business days to produce. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Speed and price depends on product type and destination. Not all shipping rates or methods may be available for a given purchase. In general, Economy shipping takes between 5-8 business days after fulfillment, Standard is between 3-5 days, Express is between 1-3 days, and Overnight is 1 day.
None of these shipping times are guaranteed, so please be aware that you may have to be patient while your items make your way to you.
